These updates contain the following fixes: 

base-email / base-user:

These two modules were extended with the ability to set a date and time at which vacation messages for users should start or end. This can be configured individually on a per user basis.

mod_suphp:

This update modifies /etc/suphp.conf to set the default umask from 077 to 022. That makes sure that files generated by PHP scripts when suPHP is enabled will have 644 permissions and are therefore readable and accessible by Apache.
